Babuger provides an AI-powered Sales Development Representative (SDR) platform that automates email outreach, lead qualification, and meeting scheduling. Our AI agents send emails, respond to inquiries, and book meetings on your behalf.
3. Account Registration
To use our Service, you must:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Be at least 18 years old or have legal authority to enter into agreements
- Have authority to bind your organization if registering on behalf of a company
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our Service to:

- Violate CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA, or other email and privacy regulations
- Harass, threaten, or defraud recipients

5. Email Compliance
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our AI agents for email outreach complies with all applicable laws, including but not limited to CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, and CCPA. You must have proper consent or legitimate interest to contact leads and must honor unsubscribe requests promptly.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Babuger and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data and content uploaded to the platform.
7. AI-Generated Content
Our AI agents generate email content based on your training data and instructions. You are responsible for reviewing and approving AI-generated content. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be error-free or achieve specific results.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Babuger shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Babuger harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
11. Changes to Terms
